Bookings: A credit card is required to confirm bookings.

Exclusion of Liability & Assumption of Risks: Please Read Carefully: ADVENTURE SPORT AND OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES involves many risks, dangers and hazards. These risks, dangers and hazards are outline in our Release of Liability Agreement, which all participants are requested to read and required to sign before participating in our tours. The Agreement will affect your legal rights should you be involved in an accident. Copies of the Agreement are available from our office.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation and tour time changes require 24 hours notice. Cancellations made inside 24 hours will not be accepted and will be billed against your credit card. Cancellation for multi-day and overnight trips require 72 hours pre-trip notification and are subject to a 50% booking fee charge. Cancellation made inside the aforementioned times will be charged the full price.

Coast Mountain Guides reserves the right to cancel courses, trainings and tours due to inclement weather, insufficient booking or events beyond our control. Alternate dates may be offered or full refunds will be made.
